Refund policy
We sell digital goods. Once a digital item is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned. Digital products cannot be unworn, unused, or put back in original packaging. Because of this, all digital sales are final.
Still, we take product issues seriously. If you run into a technical problem, receive a file that does not work, or get the wrong item, contact us at info@visionaudio.net right away. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review it and provide a replacement file or a refund when warranted.
What qualifies for a refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:

EU digital goods notice
If you are in the European Union, you normally have a 14 day withdrawal period. This right ends once the digital product is delivered after you give consent to immediate delivery. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access and you waive the withdrawal period.
Refund process
Once you contact us, we will review your case. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Banks and card processors may take several days to post the funds. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our approval, contact us at info@visionaudio.net.
