Welcome to Vision Audio. The terms we, us and our refer to Vision Audio. Vision Audio operates this website and all related content, features, tools, digital products and services. The Services are powered by Shopify. These Terms describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

SECTION 2 - OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We provide digital kits and related downloadable content. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate representations of our digital products, but appearance may vary due to device settings.
We do not guarantee that digital products will meet your expectations or match renderings exactly. Product descriptions may change without notice and we may discontinue or limit access to any digital product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order is completed.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale or redistribution.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price before any taxes. Digital products do not involve shipping or handling charges.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored by your payment provider.
SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY
All products are delivered digitally. Delivery occurs when download access or file links are provided to you through email or your account. Once delivery occurs, risk of unauthorized access to the files is your responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by email providers, spam filters or issues on your device or network.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, graphics, text, images, audio and digital products in the Services belong to Vision Audio or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, share or publicly display any digital product without written permission.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services run on Shopify. Purchases are between you and Vision Audio. Shopify is not responsible for any issues related to your transactions with us. You release Shopify from all claims related to your use of the Services and your purchases.

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices. By using the Services, you acknowledge both.
